28 Jul Sentera Features Crop Health Management Products at InfoAg 2016
InfoAg Conference 2016
Sentera will display its industry-leading precision agriculture solutions at The InfoAg Conference taking place in St. Louis, Missouri, August 2-4.
The Sentera exhibit, located at booth 27, will feature critical crop health management drones, sensors, and AgVault™ 2.0 software. Featured aircraft include the Phantom 4 and Phantom 3 drones with normalized difference vegetation index (NDVI) upgrades as well as the company’s latest fixed-wing drone, the Phoenix 2.
Also at the Sentera display will be the company’s suite of sensors, the lightest and smallest sensors available to the agriculture industry. Included in the offering are the Sentera Single, Double 4K, and Quad sensors, capable of capturing precise, high-resolution color, near-infrared (NIR), and NDVI data.
AgVault™ 2.0 Software & Mobile App
Sentera will conduct an in-booth demonstration of the AgVault 2.0 Software and Mobile App. The software allows growers to instantly leverage crop health imagery collected with the AgVault mobile app, any drone, satellite, or manned aircraft. The software performs independently without an internet connection, allowing growers to make data-driven crop health decision at a field’s edge.
On Monday, August 1, Sentera will demonstrate the phenomenal handling and precise image capture of the Phantom 4 drone with NDVI upgrade during the InfoAg Field Demonstration. The demonstration will be held at the Spirits of St. Louis Flight Field in St. Charles, Missouri from 2 pm-4:30 pm. The Phantom 4 NDVI Upgrade equips a new or existing DJI Phantom 4 drone with Sentera’s Single Sensor, capturing NDVI data while retaining the Phantom 4 camera’s functionality.
Since its inception in 2014, Sentera has raised $8.5M in capital from strategic investors and its technologies are being used today by real people, to solve real problems. With more than 200 years of combined experience with sensors, software, UAV, data management, and engineering solutions, Sentera is a leading designer, developer, and manufacturer of remote-sensing technologies in the agriculture, infrastructure, and public safety industries. Sentera’s equipment has collected 25,000,000 acres of images, gathered 175 terabytes of data and conducted over 8,000 flights.
